Maypoleman alerted me to this site a few months ago and I have been enjoying seeing it grow. I finally joined today and hope to be able to start contributing now. I live in Hampshire now but always try to visit when I have the opportunity. Best wishes to all who remember me.

Hi Ron, I don't remember you but I knew the Gosling family that lived in Baldwyns Rd. at least two of them, Bob who worked for Percy Chipperfield the co-op butcher down the dip, & his brother Tommy. I left the estate in 1967 & now live in N.Z. so can't get back as often as you, like you I have found the site interesting & have caught up with a couple of old friends. Welcome to the site.
